Yes. Send dimensioned drawings, renderings, reference photos or a written brief. We review feasibility and resolve construction, finish and installation details before production.

Do you accept one-off commissions and large B2B orders?

Yes. We work on statement one-off pieces as well as repeatable production for hotels, restaurants, villas and multi-unit projects.

Can multiple product types share the same finish?

The listing description at the time of purchase requested how many SETS I wanted to order. I selected 1 SET. In the description it said 1 SET had 3 HOOKS. So I was surprised when only 1 arrived. I contacted customer support and they did not understand that I had ordered 1 SET, 1 SET = 3 Hooks. They said regardless of the description 1 SET = 1 Hook. So be VERY careful working and ordering as they seem to think false advertising is OK.

Handmade Unlacquered Brass Towel Ring – Round Wall Mounted Bathroom Holder

It took a long time to get here and was difficult to open. It came with no installation directions or specs. It is also has a more polished brass look than what I thought I bought. When I reached out to customer service that I thought they sent me the wrong product, they said just wait and see what it looks like in some time. 😳 which doesn’t work well when you doing a high-end kitchen reno and this an expensive, essential part of it. It seems to be a higher quality product and hopefully it will patina in time. And hopefully my plumber can easily figure out how it installs. Now it looks like something out of Scarface or Mike Tyson’s bathroom.

Unlacquered Brass Pot Filler Lever Handles

Product showed up with cracks in handles and the shower head did not screw on to the wall pipe due to difference in threading. Had to purchase seperate shower wall pipe and new handles to make it work. The handles for hot and cold water were much smaller and different than depicted on the website. I realize hand casting is different than mchine casting, but the defects were very obvious.

Excellent experience working with Zayian, and the products are beautiful. Their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue and needed to return a part, and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The issue was my fault entirely, but they offered me a refund with no questions asked. I accidentally ordered a two hole faucet and my sink required three separate pieces. They told me I should expect to receive my order in a month, and I did. No problem with anything, service was excellent, and products are beautiful.

Already beautiful aged with more dull tones. Very excited to have it installed in my half bath, definitely one of a kind Hand made product. Just don’t order it hoping for it to be there in one week for your renovation timeline, and do your dang research. The bad reviews are from bad people with poor planning.
