ATTENTION everyone! These people are scammers. They send you the product which is pretty much nothing like pictures on the internet and are such low quality and off color in a very strange wooden box that is nailed to be closed and none on the parts on the inside are inside a plastic wrap or anything. They’re just wrapped so weirdly in a piece of a cloth ( half torn) and just tossed on the box. Then they’re impossible to return unlike what they claim is the case and because they have not arrived in a proper box to you, you would have to go through the almost impossible process of boxing them and sending them back and paying close to half of its price for return —as they do not provide a return label—and then the US customs return the parcel back to us twice and said undeliverable. And we had paid close to $400 return fee that we could never get back either. So it was the most awful experience for us. And they never got back to us after O wrote to them and requests an expalanation.

So at this point, I'm not sure there's any advice I could offer other than to stop selling faucets period.

We are a professional countertop fabricator and recently worked on a project involving a Zayian bridge faucet that was advertised and specified as having an 8-inch spread. Based on the manufacturer’s published specification, we fabricated the countertop with the faucet holes drilled at exactly 8 inches center to center using CNC equipment. However, when the actual faucet arrived and was installed, we found that the spacing on the faucet itself measured approximately 8 13/16 inches center to center, significantly different from the advertised 8-inch specification. Because of this discrepancy, the faucet would not fit the countertop as fabricated. We are now absorbing the cost of corrective work for our customer, including technician time and potentially replacement of the countertop section if the modification is not acceptable. For a product in this price range, dimensional accuracy is extremely important, especially when the manufacturer provides a specific installation dimension that fabricators and contractors must rely on. We strongly recommend that Zayian review its manufacturing quality control and verify the actual dimensions of its faucets against the specifications published on its website. Our concern is not the design or appearance of the faucet. The issue is that the product we received does not appear to match the manufacturer’s stated dimensions, and that discrepancy has created unnecessary cost and inconvenience for both our company and our customer.

Traditional Unlacquered Brass Bridge Kitchen Faucet With Sprayer

I just had to install this system for a customer. For starters, they sent us one that had been previously returned. They promised her that they don't send returned items. However, I'm missing the wall mount for the shower head. A typical brand new item comes with all the required parts. That, and the way it was packaged tells me it's been returned at the least once ( I believe, in my professional experience, this thing has been returned a few times). Once I installed it and turned the water back on, it was leaking from most if the fittings. I pretty much had to rebuild the system myself. For as much as she paid for this system and then had to pay me to fix it, she was better off just paying me to build the system myself in the first place. Save your money and mental energy!

Already beautiful aged with more dull tones. Very excited to have it installed in my half bath, definitely one of a kind Hand made product. Just don’t order it hoping for it to be there in one week for your renovation timeline, and do your dang research. The bad reviews are from bad people with poor planning.

If you live in the USA I would highly recommend that you NOT use this company!!! I am now stuck with this.
