Defective Products: We accept returns for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Exchanges: We also accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
