Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 205 reviews.

The sink is just what I wanted for a small home I am building for my aging parents. I chose the patina bucket sink. It was a very fair price for a copper sink and it looks great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the "patina" on the outside is actually painted - I had hoped it would be chemically aged. Time will tell how the paint holds up, but it is beautiful, and I am sure with time it will patina on its own.

Customer photo review of Old-World Unlacquered Brass Bridge Faucet With Traditional Design

Took a long time to arrive. But worth the wait! Very high quality product. Well protected in its package. Definitely a show stopped for my kitchen renovation. Beware, the picture on the website might not be the exact finish that you order. I highly recommend waiting for the faucet to arrive before ordering hardware if you are trying to match it closely.

Old-World Unlacquered Brass Bridge Faucet With Traditional Design

The listing description at the time of purchase requested how many SETS I wanted to order. I selected 1 SET. In the description it said 1 SET had 3 HOOKS. So I was surprised when only 1 arrived. I contacted customer support and they did not understand that I had ordered 1 SET, 1 SET = 3 Hooks. They said regardless of the description 1 SET = 1 Hook. So be VERY careful working and ordering as they seem to think false advertising is OK.

Handmade Copper Wall Hooks Set – Rustic Coat & Towel Hangers

A few weeks ago we received an absolutely beautiful one of a kind unlacquered brass sink, soap dish, toilet and towel bar. Shipping took longer than expected but it was worth the wait! We are extremely happy with the products we received and would highly recommend this company.

Handmade Unlacquered Brass Towel Ring – Round Wall Mounted Bathroom Holder

It took a long time to get here and was difficult to open. It came with no installation directions or specs. It is also has a more polished brass look than what I thought I bought. When I reached out to customer service that I thought they sent me the wrong product, they said just wait and see what it looks like in some time. 😳 which doesn’t work well when you doing a high-end kitchen reno and this an expensive, essential part of it. It seems to be a higher quality product and hopefully it will patina in time. And hopefully my plumber can easily figure out how it installs. Now it looks like something out of Scarface or Mike Tyson’s bathroom.

Farmhouse Unlacquered Brass Bridge Faucet with Dual Lever Handles

I placed an order and did not receive confirmation. THe phone number does not work that is listed on the site. Concerned at this point if my products will be shipped. Would like if someone could reach out to me.

Unlacquered Brass Pot Filler Lever Handles

Product showed up with cracks in handles and the shower head did not screw on to the wall pipe due to difference in threading. Had to purchase seperate shower wall pipe and new handles to make it work. The handles for hot and cold water were much smaller and different than depicted on the website. I realize hand casting is different than mchine casting, but the defects were very obvious.

Heritage Unlacquered Brass Wall-Mount Shower System with Rain Head & Handheld

The sprayer does not fit on its base correctly and is difficult to squeeze. It has pinched. It was surprising that it could only be connected to either the hot or cold water pipe. I like the overall design of the faucet very much and how it is developing the patina desired.

Farmhouse Unlacquered Brass Bridge Faucet with Dual Lever Handles

Excellent experience working with Zayian, and the products are beautiful. Their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue and needed to return a part, and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The issue was my fault entirely, but they offered me a refund with no questions asked. I accidentally ordered a two hole faucet and my sink required three separate pieces. They told me I should expect to receive my order in a month, and I did. No problem with anything, service was excellent, and products are beautiful.

Custom order for Ben Gonzalez

Reviews said took weeks. It took two weeks and we weren’t rushed for time at all, crate arrived just fine no extra tariffs or taxes. And luckily wasn’t as shiny as the photos. Already beautiful aged with more dull tones. Very excited to have it installed in my half bath, definitely one of a kind Hand made product. Just don’t order it hoping for it to be there in one week for your renovation timeline, and do your dang research. The bad reviews are from bad people with poor planning.
