It took a long time to get here and was difficult to open. It came with no installation directions or specs. It is also has a more polished brass look than what I thought I bought. When I reached out to customer service that I thought they sent me the wrong product, they said just wait and see what it looks like in some time. 😳 which doesn’t work well when you doing a high-end kitchen reno and this an expensive, essential part of it. It seems to be a higher quality product and hopefully it will patina in time. And hopefully my plumber can easily figure out how it installs. Now it looks like something out of Scarface or Mike Tyson’s bathroom.

Had to purchase seperate shower wall pipe and new handles to make it work. The handles for hot and cold water were much smaller and different than depicted on the website. I realize hand casting is different than mchine casting, but the defects were very obvious.
